• Contact details: your name and mobile number when placing an order or sending a message.
• Delivery information: house/building number, street, barangay, city, province, landmarks, and delivery instructions needed so our rider can bring your order to the right place.
• Location data: if you choose to tap "Pin my location on map", we receive the GPS coordinates you share through your browser. Your device always asks permission first, and you may decline without losing the ability to order using your written address.
• Order details: the items, quantities, total price, payment method (cash, GCash, PayMaya, or card), and order history.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, used only in aggregate to improve the site. We do not use advertising trackers.
• Local storage: your cart contents are saved in your own browser's local storage so the checkout experience works smoothly.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To prepare, process, and deliver your orders and contact you about them (e.g., rider arrival or item availability).
• To accept and track payments and handle any refunds per our Refund Policy.
• To respond to your questions, feedback, and reward/redeem requests.
• To improve our menu, services, and website experience.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3. Sharing Your Information

We only share what is necessary to fulfil your order:

• Our delivery riders receive your name, contact number, delivery address, pinned location, and order summary — solely to complete the delivery.
• Service providers that run this website for us: Supabase (secure database where orders and messages are stored) and Resend (sends order and message emails). They process data only on our behalf.
• Payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, card processors) handle payment information according to their own privacy policies. We never store full card numbers on this website.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or operations.

4. Data Retention & Security

We keep order records only as long as needed for operations, accounting, and customer support, using reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so please keep your own account details confidential.

5. Your Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email us at info@mjl-services.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
